Service Description
A class based on the Pilates principles with exercises that are safe and effective for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis. We focus on weight bearing exercises which challenge muscle tone whilst using small weights and resistance bands. You will feel taller with better posture and improved balance. Looking forward to welcoming you in class! Zoë x * Please note this is a 4 week course with no class on 9th May.
