Esher Pilates Classes for all Levels
Pilates will improve your posture, core strength and flexibility. You will move better and it will enhance your performance in sport and everyday activities. As Joseph Pilates said “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, in 30 you’ll have a new body.”
All my classes are in small groups so that I can ensure a safe and effective workout. Classes are during term time at King Georges Hall, Esher KT10 9RA:
- Monday 7-8pm essential level St Christopher’s Church Hall Hinchley Wood
- Monday 8-9pm Men’s beginners Pilates St Christopher’s Church Hall Hinchley Wood
- Tuesday 7.30 – 8.30pm Men’s Pilates Holy Trinity Church Hall ( Ministry Centre ) Claygate
- Thursday 9:25 – 10:25am intermediate
- Thursday 10:35 – 11:35am essential
- Friday 9:25 – 10:25am intermediate
- Friday 10:35 – 11:35 essential
Essential level has a wide-ranging repertoire great for those new to Pilates and improver’s.
Intermediate level is for those familiar with the Pilates essential repertoire and can work at a more challenging pace.
One-to-one Reformer Classes, Claygate

I offer one-to-one reformer and mat sessions from my private studio in Claygate. The Reformer is a multi functional apparatus that was designed by Joseph Pilates. It balances out your workout and can be used to strengthen, elongate and work muscles effectively. It uses the resistance of springs and pulleys and targets the core muscles. Ideal for beginners to advanced athletes, I can tailor your workout.
Your first session will be 1.5 hours long with a postural analysis. I will go through your history, lifestyle and programme the exercises accordingly.

BarreConcept, Thames Ditton
The ultimate fitness workout. This fat burning class tones the thighs, lifts the butt, sculpts the arms and flattens the tummy. Set to high energy music it’s a combination of ballet, Pilates and sports conditioning. You will see and feel the results very quickly.
All my classes ensure a safe and effective workout and are during term time at The Thames Ditton Centre, Mercer Close KT7 0BS:
- Monday 9:30 – 10:30am
- Wednesday 19:15 – 20:15pm
Pilates for Cyclists
A True Way to Improve your Performance
Pilates for Cyclists is a unique programme I have designed for the keen rider. It will help you deliver more power to the pedals and increase your overall performance, transforming you into a dynamic, stronger cyclist.
The Pilates for Cyclists programme is a balanced workout that strengthens the deeper localised muscles in the core improving your body alignment and torso stability – providing you with fundamental support on long, arduous rides.
Sessions are 1 hour each week and are held in my private studio in Claygate. Sessions can be booked individually, or you can book six at a discounted rate.
Ultimate Wellbeing & Retreats
Fellow Pilates instructor Jo James and I will be offering 1 day retreats and monthly Pilates workshops. Each workshop will be different and will focus on different aspects of Pilates fitness and well-being.

I’m from a dance background and have performed professionally in many stage and television shows. After my dancing career, I trained in exercise to music and have had a successful career as a qualified fitness instructor. I am STOTT Pilates certified in mat and reformer. The training with STOTT is to a very high standard with ongoing educational workshops to keep up your credits. I am also certified with BarreConcept.
