Pilates Classes for all Levels

Pilates will improve your posture, core strength and flexibility. You will move better and it will enhance your performance in sport and everyday activities. As Joseph Pilates said “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, in 30 you’ll have a new body.”

All my classes are in small groups so that I can ensure a safe and effective workout.  Classes are during the school term time in Esher, Claygate, Hinchley Wood and Thames Ditton.


Essential level has a wide-ranging repertoire and is ideal for anyone familiar with Pilates or has done a beginners course and an understanding of the basic principles.

Intermediate level is for those familiar with the Pilates essential repertoire and can work at a more challenging pace.

BETTER BONES is a class aimed at bone strengthening using Pilates props, body weight off and on the mat. Strengthening core, balance, pelvic stability, posture and joint health. Ideal for Osteoporosis, balance issues, rounded shoulders and upper spine ( Kyphosis posture ). This class is spine flexion free so no bending forward movements. All levels and abilities welcome.

One-to-one Reformer, Claygate

I offer one-to-one reformer, Stability chair and mat sessions from my private studio in Claygate. The Reformer is a multi functional apparatus that was designed by Joseph Pilates. It balances out your workout and can be used to strengthen, elongate and work muscles effectively. It uses the resistance of springs and pulleys and targets the core muscles. Ideal for beginners to advanced athletes, I can tailor your workout.

Your first session will be 1.5 hours long with a postural analysis. I will go through your history, lifestyle and  programme the exercises accordingly.

BarreConcept, Thames Ditton

The ultimate fitness workout. This fat burning class tones the thighs, lifts the butt, sculpts the arms and flattens the tummy. Set to high energy music it’s a combination of ballet, Pilates and sports conditioning. You will see and feel the results very quickly.

About Me

I’m from a dance background and have performed professionally in many stage and television shows. After my dancing career, I trained in exercise to music and have had a successful career as a qualified fitness instructor. I am STOTT Pilates certified in mat and also on equipment – Reformer and the Stability Chair. The training with STOTT is to a very high standard with ongoing educational workshops to keep up your educational credits. I am also certified with BarreConcept.
