Pilates Classes for all Levels

Pilates will improve your posture, core strength and flexibility. You will move better and it will enhance your performance in sport and everyday activities. As Joseph Pilates said “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, in 30 you’ll have a new body.”

All of my online classes can be done on a mat in the comfort of your own home.

 

BarreConcept

This class does it all…….a whole body workout! It will tones arms, sculpt legs, tighten bums and tums! It can be done easily at home using a chair or even the kitchen worktop instead of a ballet barre.

All my classes are now being taught online via Zoom. 

 

 

 

 


One to One Online session’s

Online 1-2-1 sessions are ready to go!

And the thing is, you don’t need to go anywhere. We’re going to work out in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you and a programme relevant for your workout needs.

About Me

I’m from a dance background and have performed professionally in many stage and television shows. After my dancing career, I trained in exercise to music and have had a successful career as a qualified fitness instructor. I am STOTT Pilates certified in mat and also on equipment – Reformer and the Stability Chair. The training with STOTT is to a very high standard with ongoing educational workshops to keep up your educational credits. I am also certified with BarreConcept.
